Great wheat beer...perfectly smooth with a strong wheat body.

A great beer to relax to in the evening during a great Saturday pizza. If poured right the head can be very full, but it subsides rather quickly. One hell of a great hoppy aftertaste

Light...but very good. Nice malty aroma. Looks like a Bud Light...but certainly doesn’t tast like one. This is a good beer to get people into good beer, since the color won’t scare them off.

UPDATED: DEC 18, 2005 Light golden colour. Aroma is a good mix of noble hops and fresh bready malts. Clean, simple flavour profile is malt-accented (bready) with a moderate bitterness but little hop character beyond that. As with the rest of the beer, the finish has a very even balance, just a bit dry but with plenty of clean malt notes as well. There are certainly bolder, braver examples of the style out there, but this hits the mark pretty well and with enough character to make it enjoyable.
