Feb 27, 2005 12 oz bottle. bright and light in color yet rich in flavor. thin blanket of foam sticks around for a while. clean aroma like a german pilsner. clean malt. slight buttery mouthfeel. light bitterness. nice bubbles. clean dry finish with a lingering prickly sensation. they must use some noble hops. on tap is so fine. goes down like a big glass of milk did when i was a kid.

Jul 18, 2003 One of the super beers, I cant say any beer ever went as smooth and had as much flaivor, lingering malt all light and great smell.
