Nice, but my 500ml bottle tasted like it was getting a bit stale. But still nice - looks like a fog of peach, nice fresh smell and a good taste to it, fruity with body, but I’ve tasted better. Not to say this isn’t worth a try - it’s a quality brew.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tasted in Toronto from LCBO. Tasted in dimple mug. Tasted at 10.9C. Initially a large cumulous head, fluffy with good glass lacing and volume. Aroma is of slight banana, with a slightly bitter orange or lemon finish. Very subtle and light grassy scent. Flavour is more muted. Starts off delicately sweet, and moves to a slightly sour earthy finish. Hints of spice and banana. Final ’tang’ of sourness and its over.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Very hazy orange with a creamy white head, which lasts until the glass is finished. Aroma is heavy on the banana and cloves. Taste is very pleasant. Very smooth, creamy mouthfeel, and a nice balance of wheat, yeast, cloves, banana, coreander, orange peel and a really smooth finish. Can I say ’creamy’ again? It’s almost like drinking a milkshake. This one has it all as far as hefe’s go. Fantastic. I probably rated it a bit high, but this is right up my alley.

Poured from 12 oz. bottles. The smell of lemon pepper and a little corriander hit me right away. Starts with a fluffy, large head and changes to a thin long-lasting head. The appearance was orange and cloudy. Pears, bananas and a little pepper spice keep this interesting. This has a medium, greasy mouthfeel. Overall, a very good hefeweizen.

Cloudy amber, huge beige head. Light yeast malt nose. Light malt flavor with yeasty overtones. Not as cloyingly yeasty as most

Don’t like German Hefes, sorry. HP was sour and acidic, with the banana flavor I was looking for absent. Bought at a Beer Store in Ontario so Lord knows it’s been there for a while....

Pours turbid gold with a huge head and nice lace. Great citrus, yeats, and slight banana aroma. Tastes somewhat sour, yeasty, and citrusy. Finishes very dry, with lemon, yeast, malt, and hops at the finish. Not as sweet as the weisses I prefer. but a great beer.

This pours a foamy white head with a substantial noticeable body. Its flavour is of bananas and cloves and smells wonderful. My overall impression is positive, positing this beer as a quality brew.

3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Nice to have a wheat beer that isn’t bubble gum, but rather balanced. Some malt and dry aftertatste and banana and cloves flavour. GOOD with food. Unfiltered adds to taste but subtracts from appearance as murkiness.

Right up there with the best wheats that I have sampled, pour it right and enjoy! Pour it wrong and suffer.
