500ml Bottle. 5.5%. Pours a hazy, golden orange colour with a frothy, bubbly white head that fades fairly quickly to a foamy ring. Aroma is lemon, banana, and a yeasty kick. Taste is very much a bready, banana flavour with a very spicy hint in the mouthfeel, coriander for sure, maybe mild ginger. Mouthfeel is clean and superb however. Delicious.

Hefes are mostly "as expected" and this one is not an exception although very fulfulling and top notch quality. The smell is of banana, lemon, and wheat. The taste also has notes of sour apples along with the bread, citrus, and banana. The mouthfeel is very creamy and satisfying. If this was the only hefe I could every drink for the rest of my life.....I’d be o.k. with that.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 26 Sep 2009) Cloudy pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with citrus, banana and slightly sourish wheat hints. Fruity, wheaty taste with notes of citrus, banana and clove. Sweet-and-sour wheat character. Medium body, some sweetness. Refreshing and decent hefeweizen. Very much in line with what was expected.

Cloudy yellow color; Medium body; Aroma mainly of hops, yeast & citrus; Flavor is mainly citrus, some banana and hops as well; Not my favorite – an average hefe-weizen.

Poured into a weizen glass. Hazy yellowish gold with a thick, dense white head. Aroma is fresh bread, bananas, citrus and clove. Flavor is bananas and lighter citrus with a wheaty twang, vanilla, and clove. Mouthfeel is a little thinner than the best hefeweizens. Nice depth, easy to drink. Good beer.

Pours golden yellow with a thich white head. Smells quite fruity with nice citrus notes. Has a dusty taste backed by fruit, but the palate is a bit watery.

Smells of rotten fruit, color like orange juice with mustard, if there is a taste it’s covered up by the awful aroma
