Aroma is moderately malty with fruity (apple, pear, citrus) and light spicy notes. Flavor is moderately malty with pear tones, ending in a moderately malty finish. Aroma dominated by clove and banana, but also exhibited some grassy barnyard notes. Taste follows the nose, with lots of spice, banana, yeast, and lemongrass. Dry, refreshing finish. Awesome summer beer, and always a reliable choice at the neighborhood chain restaurant.
