Brewed with 60 percent wheat, 40 percent barley - using top fermenting yeast, it is then slowly lagered and remains unfiltered throughout the finish.

(7/3/08) Draught at Der Pschorr in Munich. Cloudy orange with a big white head. Aroma of banana and some spiciness. Sweet fruity flavor with banana, a bit of clove and maybe light citrus notes and slight tartness. Medium-bodied.

Bottled 50cl. Pleasant taste. Quite a lot of cloves showing up. Good mouthfeel. Citrussy. Nicely balanced. Dry finish with hints of cloves. A good Hefeweizen.

Cloudy orange color, big stable white head. Estery banana and phenolic spicy scent. MAlty sweet and a bit banana taste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness.

Hazy orange coloured beer with small white head and lots of carbonation. Yeasty aroma a bit spicy. Full sparkling palate. Finish is yeasty and slightly bitter.

hazy darker blond coloured beer with lots of carbonation and an average creamy head. Light fruity wheat aroma with some little sweeter touches. Full creamy palate. Finish is light fruity, yeasty touched with some herby accents. Not bad.

White thick full lasting head. Cloudy orange colour. Aroma is moderately malty with fruity (apple, pear, citrus) and light spicy notes. Flavor is moderately malty with pear tones, ending in a moderately malty finish. Light bodied.

Opaque burnt-orange body with a spongy white head. Some lace. Full wheat nose with hints of citrus. Flavor has lots of wheat with citrus (orange peel) and clove. Nice and refreshing.

Bottle. Pours a golden cloudy, with a white head. Aroma is fruity, but not overly so. Taste has classic hefeweizen, dry finish. Good stuff.
