Bottle dated 07/07. Cloudy orange color with a finger-sized head and yeast sediment floating near the bottom. Nose of mild banana and graham. The flavor was balanced with a muted taste of creamy banana that was more prominent when the beer warmed up a few degrees from the original refridgerator temperature.

16.9 OZ at John’s Spirits. Traditional dark golden weisse with its hints of banana, clove, and citrus. Nice pour with a thick, white head, banana on the nose, and a spicy, dry, banana, yeast palate. Flat finish. Will buy it again, what a deal!

Dark, amber cloudy beer that even has a good head of froth on top from the bottle; you really get the wheatiness about it, almost a golden sweetness about it; quite a light bitterness at first that gives way to an all enveloping classic wheat-beer taste, plenty of fizz at just the right amounts, generous amounts of bitterness
