App.: Cloudy orange-golden with a nice white head that sits proud of the glass.
Aroma: Lots of yeast, banana and clove esters, light lemony spiciness.
Palate: Medium body, moderately soft effervescence, slightly syrupy.
Flav.: Another big does of yeast and bread dough, banana esters, light clove and very light lemony spice; off-dry with a clean banana bread finish.

It had lots of citrus on the nose, and a classic hefeweizen taste. creamy banana and hints of clove. I’m not typically a wheat beer fan, but I would gladly get this again. Nice hazy pour with a decent size foamy head. Great aroma of wheat and a few other things including banana and clove. Taste is of wheat, citrus a bit of lemon. Really good Hefe. Very refreshing. Would like to try it again in the bottle to see if I truely do like this beer. But on tap at this place it was great.
