S: natural wheat smell, some banana ester,
T: good classic taste, nice yeasty taste.
M: good medium body
D: nice complex but easy drinking white beer.

Mar 14, 2008 Pours a hazy gold, nice creamy white head. Aroma is yeast, banana, & some spice. Flavor is more of the same, with some citrus, very smooth. Not one of my favorite styles, but not bad.

Mar 12, 2008 bottle courtesy of BeerGestapo. thanks Mike. pours a very hazy amber color with a huge 3" head. nose is a blend of banana, lemon peel, and a touch of clove. very mild chewy wheat and yeast flavor and a bit of fruitiness.. was expecting a bit more with the somewhat impressive smell. palate is also unexpected, very soft and smooth, not fuzzy and carbonated as the appearance seems to predict. would be an amazing summertime cookout beer.

Mar 12, 2008 Golden yellow in color with an pretty good white head. Slightly fruity aroma and taste. Banana and clove in there. Light fruitiness in the taste.

Mar 10, 2008 From the swingtop bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a tall white fluffy head. Banana yeast nose, sweet and wheaty. Very smooth on the palate letting the wheat flavors coat and saturate. Big estery finish, lots of banana and a light clove character.

Mar 10, 2008 Bottle. I know it’s unconventional to give hefeweizens a 5 for appearance, but it was just so gorgeously goldenly hazy with a perfect creamy head. Aroma starts off strong with banana, evolves into citrus and wheat as well. Flavor is exploding with juicy (not "juice-like," more along the lines of "exploding-with-lusciousness) fruit characteristics. My rating might be a tad on the high side in the grand spectrum of beer, but who cares, it was great stuff.

Mar 9, 2008 Draft. Creamy straw with proper thick white head. Spicy citrus aroma. Nice proper weiss taste slightly spicy. Perfect.

Mar 9, 2008 Bottle. Poured a pretty deep yellow with a thick white head. Aroma of yeast, banana, citrus. Tastes of light fruits with some spices in the swallow. Pretty carbonated. Very smooth, very refreshing, yum!
