Bottle-Decent enough for a wheat beer. I’m note a huge wheat beer fan but this was an exceptional Weisse and a 60-40 balance. Cloudy gold and yeasty. Wheat and barley flavors with a good carbonation crisp taste. This is a good choice for heavy German food. Smooth, lightly sweet and pleasant.

Pours murky yellow with nice billowy head. Good lacing. Notes of cloves, mild banana, some pepper, something somewhat doughy. Flavor is citrus (lemony) sweet, spices (cloves, maybe nutmeg) Finish is bready, citrusand banana. A classic that everyone can enjoy.

500 ml Bottle: Cloudy orange with dense medium head. Wheat is dominant in the nose along with nice notes of banana and clove. Good yeast balance with a dash of spice. Smooth and creamy with a delightfully sweet finish.

Bottle. Poured a hazy orange color with a moderate off-white head. Aroma is dominated by wheat, banana and yeast. Flavor really exemplifies what I believe a hefeweizen should be: nice malty entry with fruity flavors (banana and a hint of citrus) with a nice compliment of spiciness and yeast appearing on the finish. Smooth and easy drinking, much like most German beers I have encountered. I like this, partially because I feel like it is my roots.
