Bottle @ D’s Six Packs and Dogz. Cloudy golden appearance with a light frothy white head that subsided quickly. Aroma was sweet and yeasty. Flavor was mostly sweet with a hint of bitterness. Medium body with soft carbonation and lingering flavor.

Bottle. Poured to a cloudy cider color with a light white head that quickly disappeared. Little to no fizz, light sryupy consistency, medium body. Sweet aroma: honey, wheat pear. Poppy beginning & long fizzy middle of wheat & hopps. Quick aftertaste, sharp & stingy, slight linger of wheat and very slight bitternesses. Clean, sharp and balanced.

Absolutely delicious weisse. Crisp, clean, with vibrant flavors and a full body. With a lemon or orange slice, this beer is nearly perfect.

[722-20070929] Tap @ Castro’s Lounge (Toronto, ON). Mild fruity yeast aroma. Murky, light brown orange body with a long-lasting creamy white head. Mostly yeast flavour has a little banana. Medium body. Nice mild weisse, otherwise a little uninteresting.

Pours a cloudy orange color. Aroma is wheat, coriander, orange peel, and some citrus. Taste is wheaty, with citrus and orange peel notes. Sessionable and delicious.
