9/22/07 On draught at Barca, Seattle. Aroma is classic for the style with clove notes forward. Appearance is hazy yellow with a good white head. Flavor is very light with a low sweet/sour wheat character defining; there’s very low ester or phenol character here. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a creamy texture and low carb feel. Overall, this is just a bit heavier and round than it should be, but seems to be the right flavor.

A hazy golden ale with a light head. Served in a proper glass this was a great weisse beer. Strong fruity essence and lots of wheat flavor. This was bitter in the finish and the overall beer was very strong flavored. Very earthy. This was a decent beer not my fav.

Oktoberfest @ Coach & Horses, Greenwich from cask - fragrant nose, cloudy gold hue, light in body, no carbonation, sweet after taste with some bitterness. Nice.

A very smooth beer, some hint of fruitiness and clove, one of my favorites.

A smooth and refresshing drink, with no real bitterness. Some light fruity notes, a touch on the bland side but refreshing and solid none-the-less.

orange gold with a medium dense fluffy head. aroma of yeast and citric cloves. smooth body and highly carbonated. light honeyed yeast flavor with apples and cloves, and a light bitterness. the beer has a slight bittersweet dry finish. good beer if you dont like lots of banana in your hefeweizens

12 ounce bottle in weizen glass. Cloudy orange with dense off-white head and lace. Aroma dominated by banana esters. Very light flavor of wheat, grass, honey-orange. Slight bitter aftertaste. Not unpleasant at all, just not very flavorful. Refreshing.
