Sample from Tap at Shallo’s. Pours Hazy yellow with bubbly white head. Strong wheat aroma. Banana, clove, wheat, nutmeg flavor. Mild carbonation. Very pleasant wheat style. Somewhat sweet (which is good), but slightly watery taste which I think distracts from what is nearly a quality brew, but all together very light crisp and refreshing!

Cloudy gold pour with a lasting white head...Bubblegum, banana, wheaty aroma...Light body, crisp carbonation...Smooth, light vanilla and banana flavor...A bit bland for a German Heffe...Worthy of three stars...

500 ml bottle. What a great Hefe! It’s been awhile since I had an authentic German Hefeweizen and I’m reminded once again how a good German version of the style blows away 99% of American versions (and I’m a fan of most of these Hefes). This is an easy drinking beer. Good stuff.

500ml bottle. Cloudy golden beer with good head that quickly dissipates. Nice banana aroma. Taste is also of bananas and cloves. Sparkly carbonation. Very good hefeweizen.

deep yellow/orange - really a dark color for the style. Nose is bready bananas. Flavor is solid - spicy cloves and wheat, some really nice bitterness to finish. Good bordering on very good.

This pours not as cloudy as most wheats, but still maintains a nice hazy sunset color. It has a strong, but pure wheat flavor in the German tradition of weisse beers.

Hazy gold, huge fluffy head that never dies. Nose of bananas, bread, citrus, clove, fresh. very good flavours, not too sweet, not too bitter, same as aroma, balances very nicely. This is a delicious beer.
