Poured out a coudy hazy orange brown brew with lots of thick white head, good retention with some messy lacing. The aroma is dry with well defined wheat smell, warm bananas and some spice (cloves? nutmeg? I dunno). I was suprised to find a chocolate / biscuit malt taste with some soft, light banana, wheat and the same spice that is found in the aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth and drying with appealing bitterness, I can also notice the alcohol when I breate in deep. A nice beer indeed.

Bottle. Hazy yellow with a huge foamy head. Great retention and minimal lacing. Aroma is bready with banana esters, cloves and yeast. Very classic Hefeweizen aroma. Flavor is also bready with banaa, yeast and cloves, but very slightly metallic. Medium body with fizzy carbonation.

500mL bottle poured into a weizen glass. Golden apricot color with a thick, foamy off-white head. Aroma of yeasty bread and plantains. Taste is of spicy banana, cloves and sweet sourdough. Mouthfeel is smooth and lightly effervescent with a lingering, pleasant aftertaste. An excellent hefeweizen.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a semi-clear (but definitely not cloudy) golden with a medium white head and an aroma of yeast, banana and wheat. The flavour is sweet, with a soft, velvetty mouthfeel. Flavour has notes of banana, honey, wheat and hops. Sweet finish.

Pours a hazy golden yellow with a fizzy white head. Sweet, bready aromas of pineapple and yeast. The flavor is very full and represents the wheat category well. The sweet orange and pineapple fruitiness compliments the bready yeast flavors very well. The body is full from the wheat but has a nice carbonation. Delicious and refreshing beer.

Aroma has some banana, sour apple and cloves. Translucent gold with a big creamy head. Flavor had much more clove than expected, sour apples and bananas. Palate was bubbly and slightly lively. A good hefe, but nothing outstanding here.

This brew pours a honey brown with a nice thick white head, it’s a touch to dark for a hefe. The sent was of apple, some banana and was very tangy and slightly sour. There was a very pronounced lemon flavor with a touch of banana, the main body of the taste was grassy malts. The beer was tasting noticeably sour and left a sweet after taste. I think might have got a old bottle ( can’t find date on it any where ) I remember this tasting a whole lot better, but it was still drinkable.
