Bottle. Hazy, dark amber-orange color, with big white head. Aromas of drief fruits, banana and yeast. Taste is light sweet, with a salty touch and a decent bitterness. Carbonation is fizzy, texture maybe a bit watery. Aftertaste has some nice surprises in it, first banana and fruits, than spices and a lasting maltyness at the end.
Well done Hacker-Pschorr, another nice beer from your brewery.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle pour. Rich orange. Opaque orange with creamy white head. Some webbing. Beautiful. Inviting nose of bubblegum yeast, banana and faint pineapple, dull cloves and wheat. Taste follows, with a consistent hop showing pulling the equilibrium back towards just left of sweet. Yeast forward. A bit watery when you think about it, but otherwise a classic.

Pours a hazy dark rust orange. Has a strong orange peel, wheat and yeast aroma. A delicious taste of citrus, wheat, and light malt taste with a lingering citrus yeast taste. Refreshing but dry on the tounge.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
While certainly a good Hefeweizen, this is somewhat straightforward in its flavors. A bit citrusy, a little sweet, a little spicy, but not particularly strong in any of these areas. Definitely drinks well, and I’d certainly revisit it, but it’s not as flavorful as the best examples in the style.
