Hacker-Pschorr (Hefe) Weisse

A hazy orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet wheaty with nice notes of banan - and so is the aroma, leading to a dry wheaty end.

(Bottle 50 cl) Hazy amber golden with a dense, white head. Distinct esters of banana and citrus. Medium body with lots of banana flavours and some phenols. A nice Hefe. 300406

Bottled at Monk Café, stockholm. Cloudy golden, creamy head. Bready banana aroma. Light-medium bodied with resrained swetnes, plenty of raspberry esters and rounded mouthfeel. A well made traditional weizen.

Unclear hazy light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (230808)

Bottled (Thanks DerDoppelbock). Hazy orange colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is honey, wheat and quite much bread. Also banana is present. Flavour is wheat, banana and slightly soapy notes.

Bottle, 5.5%. Hazy yellow colour. Big white head. Hint of banana aroma. Weak banana flavour, not too interesting. Very average Hefe.
