| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Jul 15, 2006 Beer is a hazy medium bright gold with a large, frothy/creamy white, mostly lasting head. The aroma is pretty nice. Malty with a light note of grain; Hoppy with a light almonst-floral note of herb; Yesty with a trace note of dough; Light miscellaneous note of banana clove, trace white pepper. The flavor is moderately sweet, moderately acidic with a short, lightly malty sweet, lightly dry finish. The body is light, the texture is velvety and the carbonation is lively. markwise (1215), 15 Minutes from Kuhnhenn in, Florida, USA

It poured a hazy golden orange-yellow color and had an aroma of banana, citrus, and clove: taste was the same flavor with a bit of a pepper (?) in the finish. Good beer. eczematic (1215), Sydney, Australia

Aroma is a welcoming of bubblegumm, spice, clove, wheat, and perhaps malt as well. Created a thick yet soft pillow of head and it sat gently over a gold crystal clear beer. The flavor is rather bland, but it does contain some tiny signs of bubblegum, sourgrass and lemon squeeze. It’s okay, but in my opinion falls short from meeting what i expect in a hefeweizen, especially a German import. jcr (1195), Jasper, Indiana, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Aug 24, 2006 Hazy golden-yellow beer with thin, disappearing white head. The aroma is average in intensity and filled with grain and straw malts, grassy hops, dough, banana, citrus and apple. Nicely sweet for a hefe with a light bitterness at the finish. The beer presents more grain as it warms. The palate was clean with fizzy carbonation. Solid wheat beer. FlssmrBrewAlum (1190), Lisle, Illinois, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jan 3, 2008 12 oz. bottle from 6 pack. Poured a hazy golden with a nice head. Aroma was sweet and mellow. Taste is very citrusy yet mild. A very smooth feel with light carbonation. More citrus, and not so much banana as I usually prefer my hefes. Finishes smooth but with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Overall, a good hefe.
