Brewed with 60 percent wheat, 40 percent barley - using top fermenting yeast, it is then slowly lagered and remains unfiltered throughout the finish.

Not an extraordinary weissbier, but still a good one that change from the industrial weissbier. Good taste otherwise, but we cannot find the "hiden" typical aromas of weissbiers such like banana...

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines and drunk at home. Hazy golden brown lasting near white head. Crazy that I’ve not had this before. Bit of an underpowered hefe to be honest. Some banana. Bit of toffee. As I say it has some elements of a hefe but they are all quite muted. Not horrible, just a bit hmmm. OK hop bitterness on the finish.

From 500 ml bottle. Pours a hazy orange gold with a small but lasting White head. Aromas of banana, lemon, bubblegum and light spice. Taste is gentle citrus up front before a rounded banana note emerges. Pretty clean finish with a lightly spicy aftertaste. Nicely balanced and refreshing.

Pours a clear gold with lasting fine-grained head and decent lacing. Aroma is wheat, banana, and clove. Taste is unfiltered wheat, clove, yeast, and grain. Pretty tasty, drinkable, and balanced. A standard for the style.

Bottle(s). Heavy wheat aroma with notes of banana and clove. Pours hazy golden colored as you would expect from a hefe with about one finger of white head and no lacing. Starts with a lot of wheat maltiness with a medium body. Finishes smooth with hints of banana and some clove as well. Nice hefe.

Pours a cloudy yellow color with a banana aroma. Taste is unfiltered, banana and slight spice. A typical german hef weisse with an easy drinkability.
