Import Bottle. I've enjoyed this as a draft a few times, so how does a bottle taste after a long journey? Quite the same. I'm enjoying this as a "commuter speacial" (out of the bottle in a brown paper sack on the train). Good spicy weiss smell, actually a tad understated. Cloudy body. Full banana and clove taste, with a hint of lemon. A nice little head works up in the bottle. And a fine, playful effervescence on the tongue. A fine, fine beer.

Hacker-Pschorr Weisse has a thick, foamy, off-white head, a highly charged, bubbly, turbid, orange-gold appearance, tan chunks, and splotchy lacing left on the glass. The aroma is of low-level banana, bubble gum, and coriander notes, bread, and some sort of bright fruit. Taste is of those elements, with low bitterness, and a spiced bread presentation. Mouthfeel is rather heavy, and Hacker-Pschorr Weisse finishes semi-dry and easily drinkable. RJT

Cloudy yellow color, big white head. Aroma is kind of artificial. Brutally sweet, some banana. Medium body, lively carbonation. Ungood. //billa

Cloudy orange color with nice thick foam head. Wheat and bread with a little banana in the nose. Malty, wheaty taste with hints of banana, but a little thin in the taste. The aftertaste is short and only a little wheat note stays.

Corpo medio-leggero, ben carbonata.

Pours cloudy orange colour with really thick white head. Aroma: Mostly wheat and banana, honey maybe a bit salt. Taste, light sweet. Soft carbonation and creamy. Actually its like a big glass of milk with banana and honey. A really good hefeweizen. Loved it

Purchased, as Hacker-Pschorr Weisse, at a Billa store in Zagreb, shared with heavy, 1rice, cvitko1 & the Vunetovo people in Split. Murky golden body, slightly off white thick head, lasting. Sweet full aroma, caramel and cloves. Slightly thin taste, yeast, sweet maltiness, caramel. OK really, nothing special but tasty in a way.

Pours cloudy orange-copper with a big foamy beige head, excellent retention. Aromas of bread, banana, caramel, pepper, citrus. Light body, smooth, medium carbonation. Lightly sweet, moderate citrus, light bitter finish. Refreshing, well-balanced, quaffable.
