Bottle. Poured a cloudy light yellowish brown with an average sized creamy white head that lasted throughout and had excellent lacing. The aroma was of strawlike malts and an earthy yeast with citrus and banana undertones. It tasted mildly sweet with notes of citrus and a mild banana flavor in the beginning and stayed about the same throughout with the finish being very yeasty with the flavor lingering around for an average amount of time. Mouthfeel was light to medium in body and very creamy in texture with a nice soft carbonation. Overall a nice solid wheat beer, perfect with a slice of lemon.

Very nice example of an Hefewiezen. Unfiltered and with a little bit of a kick. Pours cloudy and with a head. Hits the spot.

Bottle. How have I never had this? I rolled the bottles (2) and a sediment was plentiful. A 2 finger beige head never quite goes away. The beer is orange gold and becomes dingy with that rolling. The beer has earth and cloves that dominate. A little banana. This is a classic take on a classic style.
