Pint at Katzenjammers. A: Golden, clear, medium head, good lacing. S: Munich style malt, apple. T: Honey, Munich malt, apple. Seemed a bit more subtle than other stronger Helles style beers. M: Crisp texture, well carbonated, slightly coarse edge from the carboantion. O: Good palate cleasner, refreshing and a good alternative to Augustiner.

500 mL bottle. Pours golden with a white head, no lacing. Aromas of apple, bread, cereal grain and Munich malt. Light and refreshing, little to no aftertaste. A touch of sweetness, and mild floral hop. Highly carbonated and easy drinking. A quencher, but not interesting.

Pours apple juice, with a minimal sad non-remembered head.... Sweet cereal nose. Lots of apples. Bit of yeasty bread note. This is a waste of time.

11.2 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured clear light golden not a lot of head and not much lacing. Aroma is mostly bread, some light citrus notes. Nice and balanced taste starts sweet and finishes in a refreshing slightly bitter way. Quite drinkable.

500ml bottle. Pours a pale gold with a large foamy head of fine bubbles. A picture perfect lager. The nose is sweet malts, faint fruit, apple, caramel, honey, and yeast. The taste has some nice cereal notes up front, but is a little too sweet. Caramel, a little boozy for 5.5%, dough, and a light metallic finish.
