2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
500ml bottle. Aroma is light oat, wheat, a bit malt. Appearance is cloudy orange with a huge, fast decreasing, light brown-ish head. Taste is sour and light sweet. A medium to strong carbonation with a very light bitter mouth feel. Overall a nice Keller.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Musty aroma, earthy and minerally. Its got a good off-white head and a murky copper patina. The flavor is limestone and some spicy wheat notes with a balancing hop bitterness. One of the best imports in China.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
UPDATED: JAN 9, 2014 Looks great in the pitch black - light from tumor inducing pocket commodore shows that it’s hazy and the head is compact. This beer will be crushed in 5 mins tops. Very dry wheat and grains and unleavened dough, straw and zilch for fruit aroma which is cool. Yummy taste for a beer totally void of fruit or any real sweetness. I know I could go drink for drink with any one from Brockett bingeing on this. Not quite medium bodied but often I get tricked when going down on a mouth full of malted goodness. More dough, faint bitterness is almost felt rather than tasted, cereal grains, etc. A shadow of fruit just arrived on my mouth step. Totally reminds me of a line of Swiss beers that were on the market about 6 years ago here in the province of soulless environmental disregard. Near creamy, dryish. Gas build up from consuming a large quantity of this quickly would be devastating to all within a 10km radius. I’ve enjoyed my time here. I’m wearing man tights.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
As the average kellerbier, this one is a pale, hazy and natural beer, light and drinkable. The notes to raw grain and a lemon peel-like touch makes it refreshing and easy to drink. Not more than correct, but not less neither...

Flip top, thanks from a lazy homebrewer. Hazy light copper with slight white head. Nose is floral, bread, wood, and straw, my friend said "like a barn" (just no funkiness). Flavour is not as good, bready without much bitterness, almost makes me think it’s old considering this is a relatively hoppy style. But kellerbier is named after being stored in a cellar so I guess it’s supposed to be old. Frumpy.
