Bottle. Amber with medium sized white head and barely any lacing. Nice light malts with some caramel and a light hazelnut touch. All well balanced. Bit woody, with nice herbal bitter finish. Just a hint of dried plums and dried mango. Nice fresh tasteful beer, and really good for the style.

Jado (632) - Camp Hill, AUSTRALIA - DEC 18, 2014
From 500 ml bottle. Pours a hazy orange gold with a sudsy white head that dissipates fairly quickly. Aromas of white bread, crackers, mango and oranges. Taste is orange and maybe pineapple at first before a grassy and lemon hop bitterness comes through. Light bodied with a clean finish and a gently fruity aftertaste. Great on a hot day.

Draught at the King’s Arms, Bethnal Green. Poured a hazy, light golden colour, with a dense white head. Aroma of bread, pils malt and apricots. Esters in the flavour, with pineapple and grain. Finish was peppery hop, spice and tinned fruit.

Lagerboy (1504) - British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 11, 2014
500 ml swingtop. Mostly clear brownish orange, lasting fine off-white foam. Aroma of lager malt and yeast. Taste is lightly sweet grainy lager malt, fruity, some honey and lager yeast. Carbonation is too soft, light-medium bodied, lightly hopped. MLF (More Lagerboy Friendly)

DerWeg (1547) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 29, 2014
Good peachy color and fairly clean biscuit-apple-honey flavors with very rounded hops creating a sweet emphasis. Pleasantly farmy aroma. Finishes with a flicker of minty hops and a touch of lemon over the sweet biscuit. Moderate body. Good extremely fresh bottle from The Beer Store but I’m not promising this will curl your toes.

Light cloudy body and stable head. Malty yet quite fresh, great fermentation aroma, well aged. Very refined and present bitterness, great development, full bodied yet drinkable. Fresh from its developed body rather than a dry hopping or other modern approach. So dry in the end but never watery. It?s the reason German beer had such a good name and can still match any lager in the world. Sure, it doesn?t blow your mind like a 10% or hopped up beer can do, but it does in the enjoyment scale. Yum! One of the best lagers I?ve had. Period. (50cl bottle from V&B Tours)

Couleur ambrée légère et trouble, très légère mousse. Nez malt toasté. Gout malté, céréales, avec notes pain et foin sur le palet. Corps moyen. Fin de bouche avec notes douces sucrées. Pas trop courante, pas trop mal.
