this is a good drinking beer but it’s a little lacking in flavor Could be thicker and sweeter.

this beer real good - nice and smooth , very low carbination. Very sweet start to finish with a nice mild flavor. Not the best Oktoberfest out there - but it’s damn good

Draft in Florida. Poured a copper color with small creamy off-white head that was lasting. Good well balanced toasted aroma. Medium body with fizzy carbonation. Moderate sweet flavor with an average finish. Good brew.

Bottled. Pours a light honey color. Sweet nose. Taste is a bit sweet and malty with some fruit notes.

Bottle. I’m curious as to why they would make three separate Oktoberfestbiers but that is up to them, not me. Orangy amber color, medium sized off white head that disappated. Medium strength aroma, some bread, a bit of caramel. Flavor takes on some nutty characteristics to go along with with bread and caramel. Body is a little light. I guess it’s okay but it really doesn’t hold up too well in comparison with some other marzens.

Bottled. For a Marzen maybe even not that bad but this certainly ain’t my style. Nice malty aroma but that’s it, nothing else there. Amber color, beige head, fair lace. Sweet and malty start but the maltiness dies fast leaving just the sweetness and light hops, medium bodied.

I liked this one as much as any Octoberfest / Oktoberfest I have tried. Good clear copper with a huge tan head. Good nose of sweet malts and spices. Taste of sweet malt, not much bitterness, but good clovey spicey citrus complexity, surprising in an Oktoberfest and surprising given the other reviews. // I had this again, this time in its non-marzen alias, AKA original oktoberfest. Not nearly as interesting ... and I am not convinced that the two are really different names for the same beer.

Bottle--Orange, amber appearance with a small head that settles and disappears. Nice balance of the malt and hops without either being overbearing. Caramel tasting, good, but not as good as I hoped.

This beer was a disappointment. Thin, not enough malt character, hops as expected were way in the background. The BugLight of Oktoberfests? Rerate. When served warmer than I like it picks up more character and malt. Rerate: when warmed up a but this beer is actually decent. I probably had a bad batch first time I rated, not bad.
