Bottle. Clear copper body with a small fizzy off-white head. The nose is sweet caramel and toasty malt, with a touch of graininess. The flavor is a little husky, a slight hoppiness on the finish. Light to medium bodied. Decent enough.

Tap @ Gastropub Tuulensuu.
Pours golden color with a small head. Malty, earthy and a bit nutty aromas. Malty nutty flavor with some hay and mild cellar notes. Very clean and flawless product, a bit too straightforward though.

Bottle. Pours a copper color with white head. Toasty, malty, noble hop, cereal aromas. Malty, bread, earthy flavors. Just an all-around, great drinking oktoberfest beer. It was the best of 4 german oktoberfest beers that I blind tasted.

50cl bottle. Clear dark copper colour with a big white head than turns to a thin lacing during the tasting. Malt, toffee and bread in the aroma. Average carbonation and medium to light body. Taste is balanced slightly sweeter. Overall, a nice beer and for Oktoberfest I was expecting a less interesting beer.

Second Octoberfest beer I’m trying. Not my favourite style, I’ve read that exported beers (one I’ve drinked) are different from brewed for local market. Colour: dark red, clear. Foam: medium, solid. I’m not pro in tasting but I’ve found trouble in finding some hops in taste, just like pils but little bit stronger, with note typical for chech beers. To sum up: not bad but I’ll not dream about that beer.

Small bottle from Tipsy’s. Copper and clear appearance with an off-white head. Aroma of dark malts, toasted grains, light hops, toffee, light caramel and some yeast. Similar flavor, malty, creamy and smooth with mild sweetness and light bitterness. Medium body with a soft carbonation. Easy to drink, a solid rendition.

Clear, amber pour, staying foam. Classic aroma of autumn leaves in the brisk air, with a somewhat tinny but warm, hearth-like sweetness. Golden cereal grain, brown bread, crunchy toffee. Flavor is balanced, lightly sweet, cottony. Golden raisin, sweet nutty malts, somewhat papery with wooden earthiness for bitterness. Good and clean. Soft, crisp palate. The airy, fleeting sugars could gather more depth, but the clean, quenching finish is the payoff of this compromise.
