Sweet roasty aroma. Clear amber color that pours a great, but quickly dissipating head. Sweet flavors of malt, light hints of fruit, and perfect hop balance. Excellent marzen.

Keg at The Southern. Pretty much yer standard Germanic lager. Pale gold, thin white head. Grassy nose, light vegetal notes. Light astringency on the taste, crisp finish, could drink it by the litre if required, but not required today - forgot my leiderhosen.
