Good pilsener with a srtong hoppy, grassy aroma, but a quite boring appearance. The taste is bitter with some extra, that I like very much. The palate is pleasing.

Clear golden straw pour with a tall, soapy white head. Nose is kind of sour and grassy up front. Some bread, biscuit, and yeast. Light floral hops, sulfur, and a general grainy sweetness. Tastes of sweet grain with a bit of bready malt. Some sulfur notes, light grass, and straw. A bit tart, mild floral hops, and minimal bitterness.

330 ml bottle in several places round Passau. Good quality German-type Pilsener, i.e. crisp, light and hoppy. Retains its bitterness throughout giving it a well-made feel. The best higher-volume straight Pilseners we found on our 3-week German trip.

Ve všech směrech nevýrazné pivo, které mě ničím nezaujalo. Nevýrazná vůně, nevýrazná chuť.
