The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts modest dry, fine hoppy notes. The finish is a little bit sweet. Interesting pilsner!

bottle from Getränke Degenhart Passau-Grubweg. Clear pale yellow, large white head. Resiny hop aroma. Light and elegant malty background with loads of green, resiny hops, pleasantly bitter and highly aromatic. Smooth palate. Rather hoppy for a Bavarian beer. Really, really well crafted example of this style! A delight!

Bottle 500ml.

Clear light to medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted, pale malt, moderate hoppy, grass, dusty. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dusty, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20111126]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. A little odd sulphurous nose. Medium body, sweet malts and again this slight off-note. Ends dryish. 261111

Bottle. A clear, golden beer topped by a small, white head. Quite pleasant aroma with pale malts, fruityness, some grass and green pine cones. The flavor has a nice bitterness, it’s dry and medium bodied with a little bit too much carbonation. Pale malts, pine cones and some grassyness. Pleasant bitterness in the end. A quite nice one, quenching and tasteful. 111126

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, straw and hops. Flavour is malt, hops, straw, grainy, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Early Winter season 11/12 Part. 3, Ulfborg. Pours clear yellow with a small creamy egg white head. Grass and grain. Fine hop bitterness. Hayish and grassy flavor. Dry. Medium bodied.

Golden colour with a delicate sparkle and thick head. Slightly herbal aroma with a hint of fruit and light bready malt. Quite dry. Good example, although it’s a shade watery.

Draft at the brewery. Bright white fluffball head on top of a bright golden beer. Very good crisp pils aroma is grassy, leafy, with fresh herbs, forest, and greens. Lovely. The flavors are unfortunately much blander. It’s well-made and good quality though.

Bottle: Pale golden to golden, beaten-egg-white-like foam, stable; shy aromatic-hoppy nose with a touch of pale malt and straw; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; lingering aromatic hops in the mild bitter-sweet pale-malty finish. Good semi-bohemian Pilsener......
