Dark murky brown colour with a big foamy off-white head. Wheat, yeast, mild sweetness (not that much caramel, more fruity), bubblegum and mild banana in the aroma. The flavour is wheat, yeast, banana, darkish maltiness, mild sweetness and mild hops. Rather balanced and tasty. A bit too fizzy. And the fizziness turns to wateriness.

500ml bottle. Hazy dark copper colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, offwhite head. Citrusy and yeasty aroma. Taste is cautiously citrusy, yeasty, subtle wheat malt sweetness.

It’s unclear brown with an orange hue. The flavor has notes of yeast, caramel, fruit and wheat. The sweet flavor has notes of yeast, caramel, light licorice, fruit, wheat and the finish is fairly spicy. A very nice dunkel weisse, well balanced and full of character...

A pretty standard dark wheat beer with decent yeast and clove aromas, followed by grainy flavours with a touch of banana.

Hazy medium to dark amber colour with a huge, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, caramel, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, yeast. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111105]

Bottle. It pours a creamy, finger-thick off-white head over a clear, amber body. Banana, bubble-gum, some cloves and caramel on the nose. Quite pleasant but a bit too heavy on the bubble gum I think. The same goes for the flavor, it’s too heavy on the bubble gum. Effervescent and medium bodied. Well, a quite decent one, but not too interesting. 111105
