It’s yellow-golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of bread, malt and flower. The flavor has a light sweetness and lovely bready and flowery notes, and the finish is slightly dry - really nice!

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, sweet malt, light vegetables. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110622]

Zuerst ist das Bier eher süßlich, geht dann aber schnell in einen herben Ton über. Im Mittelteil macht sich eine angenehme Würze breit, die auch im Nachgeschmack bestehen bleibt. Dazu kommt ein leicht herbes Aroma, im Nachgeschmack dazu eine leichte Getreidigkeit. Nettes, aber harmloses Bier.
