Pigs Ear. Clear dark brown beer. No head. Palate is fresh and a little dry. Floral sweetness over quite nutty malts. A little minerals. Unusual and all right.

Cask at Pigs Ear BF 2012, London. Pours clear, rich brown with a light, off-white head. Toasty brown bread aroma. Light to medium sweet flavor with brown bread, earth. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Light burnt plastic in the finish, more brown bread, mild fruity notes. Meh, itís OK.
