Bottle 330ml. Pours a lovley golden color, slightly hazy. Head is short, dense and white, short lasting. Aroma is honey, sweet fruits, lightly malty, very nice. Body is medium, mouth fill is slightly thick and oily, carbonation is medium and is very feelable. Taste is mostly sweet, then lightly bitter and a bit sour. Ends bitter-sweet. Some unpleasant harsh esters. Flavors of honey, butter, malt, slightly bready and biscuity, lightly fruity, estery, fuity hops, no alcohol. Complex flavor profile with taste leaning to the sweet side, but with a bit of balancing bitterness, somewhat sticky. Slightly heavy and quite full, but not too much. Good, other than the unpleasantly strong esters.

Based on notes from 032914. Hazy light amber colour, average frothy off-white mostly lasting head, good lacing. Moderate cookie and nutty malts with moderate herbal and grapefruity hops with a hint of peach and soap from the yeast thrown in. Taste is initially moderately bitter and acidic with a hint of sweetness, turning into a long moderately bitter finish with a moderately astringent feel. Medium body, oily texture, lively carbonation. Pleasant and very refreshing with some complexity.
