A light & refreshing cask lager brewed using lager & wheat malt. Bittered with Hallertau Hersbrucker and Challenger hops.

UPDATED: JUL 9, 2007 cask, cask and barrrel edinburgh ... Golden orange ... smooth light ... touch bland initally ... followed by bitter hop ... some light hop fruit ...dont task like a lagerand dont work for me. Tk2 Winstons corstorphine (only 3 days later so probably same batch) Light hop nose ... light hop fruity smooth gentle ... much better lotsof hop and light fruit 2.7->3.1
