33 cl bottle @ wPBF’13.
Pours clear red color with a small head. Aroma of spices, dark berries, cinnamon, some malts and berries. Flavor of dark berries, spices and malts. Would this have had a maltier body and some more sour note, I would have liked it.

330 ml bottle @ WPBF 2013.
Pours a hazy amber colour with a white head. Aroma of caramel malts, ginger and chocolate. Flavour of sweet caramel malts, grassy hops, chocolate, wood and sourness. Full bodied, thick mouthfeel and a sour, malty, slightly bitter finish. More sourness and this would rock the world.

Aroma has is slightly tart with berries, cherries and malty notes. Flavour has cherries, malty notes, some berries, toffee, caramel and spices. Also some alcohol notes. Too oud bruin for me, but decent anyway.

Bottle. Pours very dark brown, opaque with white film. Clove, raisins and nutmeg aroma. Tastes funky, mildly sour and then sweet. Full body, smooth texture, hardly any carbonation, winy finish.

tomer (1529) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - SEP 19, 2012
Bottle, thanks zvikar, smallish stable creamy head, black and quite opaque but with some dark brown hues, aroma of vanila, overipe oranges, cherries and cocnut, with a bourbonish hint, flavour of vanila, coconut, banana and hintsof dried fruits, spiciness and calvados, too strong alcoholic presence. Needs some more time to let everything blend together and become more mellow.

Great beer. Brown coloured and hazy. Has a white head, medium duration. Sweet, roasted aroma, sugars, vanilla, is it barrel-aged? Yes! Didn’t know that when I opened it. Flavor starts moderate sweet, more vanilla, light bitter finish. Light astringent texture. Soft carbonation. Thanks Barak for this one.

DSG (5022) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - AUG 5, 2012
UPDATED: AUG 7, 2012 Bottle. Dark brown color with a small beige head. Aroma has quite a bit of oak, dark fruits, malt, honey, some sweet spiciness, vinous notes and some funky notes. Sweet malty flavor with rich fruitiness, oak, caramel, honey notes and a light sourness towards a slightly drier and slightly alcoholic finish with spicy hints. Medium-full-bodied. A pleasant, complex and well-made sipping beer.
