Flavour is big pineapple, wheat, lemon and floral notes. Palate is crisp, slight resin hop on the tongue. Pretty tasty.

Bottle at the chriso May 2014 tasting - London. Pours lightly hazy yellow with a white cream head. The nose has mellow flowers, hay, straw and lemon jam. Light to medium sweet with dry citrus and lemon peel. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Balanced finish with pleasant citrusy hop character, light bitterness, pale bread sugars. Good one.

HoopsandHops (26) - ISRAEL - AUG 30, 2014
Bottle in Tel Aviv. Exp date: 12/2014. Pours a clean, crisp golden red with a finger of offwhite creamy head that settles to a thin soapy film. Moderate carbonation, small bubbles. Pleasantly aromatic: fresh passion fruit, red berries, peach, with much fainter suggestions of toffee. Taste isn’t quite as pungent -- more watery but still mildly fruity, with faint toffee. Some bitterness on the front end as the beer warms. Palate is decent enough: body lower side of medium, average carbonation. Layer of yeast at base of bottle adds a yeasty dimension to the flavor palette when poured in. Bottom line: decent and nothing more, not something I’ll look to drink again.

Tasting at the ever gracious ChrisO’s. Lightly hazy pale gold beer. Good fluffy white head. Light airy palate, superfine carbonation. Light malts, some papery sweetness. Very light piney fruits. Light dry finish. The bones of a good beer but it’s too light and dry.
