Bottle shared at CBC - Clerkenwell, London. Big thanks to Tomer for hooking it up with some Israeli brews! Pours cloudy red-brown with a big, off-white froth. Light toast, dry orange, bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Faint pine and toasty malts to finish. Not too bitter. Some mellow berries. OK.

Ugly light brown, but with a thin head. Woody, slightly fruity hop aroma with a little bit of crystal malts. Balanced, mellow C-hop and light crystal malt stuff.

UPDATED: OCT 7, 2012 Re-rate 9/13: Draught at Beer Market in Jaffa. Pleasant citric hops, mild maltiness and moderate bitterness. 7/3/7/3/14=3.4

Re-rate 7/13/12: Bottle. Nice floral and citric hops aroma with some malt. Sweetish chewy caramelly malt flavor with cookie hints and a long bitter grapefruity hops finish with some resinous notes. Medium-full-bodied. A bit oily. A bit malty and heavy for my IPA preferences, but still decent. 7/3/6/3/13=3.2

Draught during the release party at Shtern 1. Hazy amber with a medium off-white head. Citrusy hoppy aroma with some biscuity malt. Flavor starts sweetish and malt with caramel and biscuits and continues with nice bitter grapefruity hoppy finish. Medium-bodied and smooth. A good balanced IPA. 7/3/7/3/14=3.5
