UPDATED: OCT 7, 2012 Re-rate 9/13: Draught at Beer Market in Jaffa. Pleasant citric hops, mild maltiness and moderate bitterness. 7/3/7/3/14=3.4

Re-rate 7/13/12: Bottle. Nice floral and citric hops aroma with some malt. Sweetish chewy caramelly malt flavor with cookie hints and a long bitter grapefruity hops finish with some resinous notes. Medium-full-bodied. A bit oily. A bit malty and heavy for my IPA preferences, but still decent. 7/3/6/3/13=3.2

Draught during the release party at Shtern 1. Hazy amber with a medium off-white head. Citrusy hoppy aroma with some biscuity malt. Flavor starts sweetish and malt with caramel and biscuits and continues with nice bitter grapefruity hoppy finish. Medium-bodied and smooth. A good balanced IPA. 7/3/7/3/14=3.5

Courtesy DSG. Brown coloured and unclear. Has an off-white head, lasting. Aroma is hoppy, some malty and salty notes too. Nice flavor, sweet and fruity start, herbs and nice bitter finish. Creamy texture and soft carbonation.

Israeli tick! Bottle, shared by Leighton. Cheers, fella. The pour’s deep amber with a small head. The aroma’s strawberry, hints of caramel, forest fruits. Light notes of old grass cuttings. The taste is somewhat raggedy straw, red berry, slight hop bitterness. Robust malt profile. Somewhat faded flavors. Medium body, soft carbonation. Overall, pretty forgettable.

Bottle, thank you DSG! Murky red-brown color with a tight cap. Crystal malts in the aroma with fuzzy, dense hops. Fruity with rip nectarine nectar. Chewy bready malts. Finishes a little thin but is correspondingly refreshing and crisp.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 08/3/14, courtesy of rosenbergh, 20140315) The beer poured deep brown and clear. Its head was mediums sized, white and it lasted long. Aroma had pine, malts and grass. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbobation. Flavours were malts, sweetness, pine, fruitiness and low bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and mildly bitter. The aroma was promising even though it showed some characteristics of a beer that hasn’t finished its fermentation. The taste was too weak.
