Bottle at home. Pours clear-to-hazy amber. with some white head. Aroma starts with bitter evergreen and grapefruit, then becomes sweet, cotton candy. Tastes bitter, some butter, vegetable soup. Long finish, light body, lovely carbonation and sleek texture. Nice, but tasted better products from this brewery.

Pours an hazy brown to orange with a decent head, aroma of pineapple, lemon grass, mint and doughy notes, flavor of dough, lemon grass, lemon, lavender, quite zesty with clove like finish, medium bodied, different

Bottle, quite big stable, head, murky deepish orange colour, aroma of over ripe citrus with some pine and hints of spiciness, flavour of over ripe citrus, floral soapiness and hints of white fruits, noticable and a touch coarse but not overly strong bitterness, some sweetness that doesn’t blend well with the over ripe notes. A very interesting experiment.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks Dagan. Clear deep golden color. Aroma of candies, fruits and lemongrass. Sweetish-sourish flavor with some citrus, yeasty notes and a dry finish. Medium-bodied. Very unique, a bit weird.
