3.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Hardly a head, disappears immediately. Yellow, straw in color and a tad hazy. A big hefty body of hop flavor and dry finish. Really good.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Insanely high head. Very light pale yellow colour. Aroma of yeast, hop, some fruit. Watery. Medium sweet with a faint bitterness. Very flat carbon, which is in conflict with the massive foambuilding. Actually rather boring.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Galopper des Jahres, Hamburg. Clear golden color with thick creamy white head and average sparkling appearance. Aroma of citrus, lychee, passion fruit, peach and herbal hops. Taste starts with light sweet grainy malt, follows refreshing fruity with a touch of grassy sourness, crisp and dry mouthfeel with moderate bitter finish. Medium body, slick texture and lively carbonation in palate. Well balanced tasty APA...

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is citrus, some wood, mild spices and earth to it as well. Flavour is fruity fresh with some mild sweet malts as well as some herbs. Fresh while somewhat cool, once it warms up it does get a bit sticky and slightly yeasty.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. It's got the really nice citra hop taste. The after taste flows from fruity to a bit dry

3.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, BBE 14/01/15. Pours a pale peachy yellow orange with a very large, frothy, white head. Aroma is lemon, orange, grapefruit, red fruit sweetness. Taste is dry with lemon and citrus as well as red apple sweetness. Light with a very hard carbonation which really brings the beer down.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Single hop craft beer from Germany. It is obvious why the hop is called citra - there are obvious overtones of lemon and other citrus fruits. The taste is very pure and simple, which can be both a good and a bad thing. If I had this in the middle of the summer, it would possibly be the best beer ever.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle at Cafe Brecht. Hazy pale gold pour with foamy white head. Aroma is really citra forward, lots of cat piss, lemony, vegetal tea like aromas. Taste is sweet, rather malty, kind of dank vegetal hoppiness, not very bitter, slightly watery. Palate is light, light carbonation. Ok, but a bit thin.

Bottle from Bier-Deluxe. Pours golden yellow with thick, coarse persistent white head. Aromas is more floral than citrus, maybe elderflower and mangoes. Taste is definitely elderflower, sweet with noticeable bitterness towards the end. Some yeast character detectable.

Aroma: average grass, citrus; Appearance: pale yellow-orange, large foamy head; Taste: medium bitterness, medium sourness; Palate: soft carbonation, abrupt finish, slick texture, light body
Well-rounded session ale, not very aromatic, not too bitter. Pretty dry from using wheat malt
