COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
"Dark Red Temptation" is a red Strong Ale focused on the malty body. It is a "Single Hop" Strong Ale too, I only used Cascade.

Bottled 33cl. Hazy amber appearance. Boletus, resinous hops and caramel showing up in the nose. Creamy palate. Raisins throughout. Very true to the style. Reminiscent of crystal malt.

Bottle. Pours a hazy orange color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty weak grapefruit hoppy aroma with weak hints of caramel. Sweetish malty spicy hoppy caramel flavor. Has a sweetish malty spicy hoppy caramel finish.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, alcohol. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, and alcohol, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle. The hoppy part (citrusy, orangey, perhaps a tad minty) is immersed in the sweetness of strawberry jam, stuffed also with redcurrant and cherries. Sweet-tart, light bitter taste, smoothly carbonated and full bodied. Creamy mouthfeel, red fruit centered flavour with a well constructed aromatic hop addition. Red fruit cake meets beer, superb!

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass brownish-copper coloured. Huge head. Starts intense hoppy and dry, bitter background. Notes of grapefruit. Also a bit metallically, hints of caramel. Finish well balanced. Quite drinkable for its strength. Nice!

from bottle. pours a hazy dark orange/red colour with a rather small but frothy beige head. strong aroma of overripe grapes and dark fruits, roasted malts, toast, alcohol and some smokey and stringy notes. medium body and average carbonation. mainly flavours of grapes and dark bread. interesting beer that tastes a bit too much like grape juice.

330ml bottle from Bierzweig@home. Dark reddish color with minimal white head. Aroma is sweet and caramelly maltish with some dark fruits.and raisin. Taste is mainly sweet. Body almost full with sticky palate and soft carbonation. German craft beer is a bit too sweet for my taste but overall an enjoyable experience.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy amber with an off-white head. Sweet fruity and caramellish nose. Rich body, heavy on the crystal malts, pleasantly fruity but not quite enough hops to balance the massive sweetness. 260713

The head is ok, the body brown-red. it smells caramel, darkmalty, sweet, a bit alkoholic. The taste is caramel, sweet, barley-wine, dry-raisins, in the aftertaste raisins citrus. Complex and delicious beer! 12/13/12/12/11/12
