Aroma: citrus, mango, lychee, riesling wine notes. Appearance: hazy straw color, nice white head. Taste: high bitterness (white grapefruit, pine), mango, quite dry, well-balanced. Palate: medium body and really high carbonation (overcarbonated), bitter finish. Overall: Quite good stuff, but really overcarbonated. It is really difficult to drink this beer in a such form.

Taste is bitter, slightly yeasty, bready notes, pine with light tropical notes. Palate is light, dry, with good carbonation. Pretty decent IPA.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Vova’s place. Thanks Vova. Pretty clear yellow with a white head. Aroma of citric and floral hops with stale notes and some graininess. Flavor has some sweet malt, a bit of graininess, a caramel note, citric and floral hops, slightly stale, and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied, over-carbonated.

0,33 l bottle from bierweltweit in Siegburg (BB 7/2/15). Clear pale golden-yellow with huge white, frothy head. It seems as all of the Hopfenstopfer IPA’s create those big heads. Heavy fruity aroma of passion fruit and mango. Yeasty, fruity aroma of passion fruit and mango with medium bitterness. Creamy mouthfeel, lively carbonation, nice bitter finish. Wonderful beer!

33cl bottle from bier deluxe. Hazy golden, huge frothy white head. Citrus quite strongly in aroma, some yeast and gooseberries. Flavor has citrus, yeast, gooseberries. Dry, very fizzy mouthfeel. Not that enjoyable due to the very high carbonation.
