Bottle at Cafe Abseits Bamberg. Hazy pale gold lasting white head. American hop aroma. Could smell it as I poured it. It’s a good IPA. Some tangerine and satsuma flavour. Very clean good big American hop aroma. Soft bitterness v citrusy mandarins. Decent IPA I like it. V fruity.

Bottle - hazy orange beer with a sticky white head. Very nice citrus aroma. I guess dry hopped. Amazing grapefruit bitterness but still in a good balance with maltiness. Medium carbonation.

Bottle from Wasana´s Getränke Oase. Pours hazy golden with a big creamy white head. Great aroma of citrussy and resiny hops. Taste is well balanced, good moderate sweet malty base, lots of bittering hops, giving me grass, resins and that lovely crisp citrus at the final.

Bottle shared with McTapps. HUGE nose of pure hops with some citrus in the background. After the nose the taste is quite usual and bit dull with a typical dry and very bitter end. Nice IPA, but there are better around.

As though I didn’t enjoy this IPA as much as I hoped, I have to give it a better score due to the incredible aroma. It is pure fresh IPA-hops which just make your mouth watering. The looks are very good as well: Very simple but modern bottle label-design releases a light cloudy yellow coloured beer which comes with a steady head and medium to crisp body. Unfortunately the taste lets one down quite quickly. Sure, it tastes like a IPA with fresh, aromatic and fizzling hops, pepper, coriander, pink grapefruit and spices, but it is just too thin, watery and lacks deepness. Dry finish. I wouldn’t drink it again but sure it is a really good beer, but just not superb due to the thiness.

Bottle from Bierland, pours a hazy dark gold - there’s sediment in there - with a fine clingy white head and lots of tropical fruity and pine hop aroma. Body is hoppy and crisp, with notes of dry fruit, grass, herbs, spruce tips and faint wintergreen, yet with a very well integrated juicy malt backbone that balances the hoppiness really well, so there is little harshness or aggression, just flavour. It’s an APA, not an IPA, though.
