Saeglopur (251) - Vienna Woods, AUSTRIA - JUN 19, 2014
Bottle from bier-deluxe.de. Amber, hazy body, with a big, creamy, white head. Aroma of citrus, strawberry, passion fruit, pine, caramel. Taste with about the same aromas, with a biscuit backbone, also some bubblegum. Mouthfeel is medium, oily, with a moderate carbonation and it finishes a bit flat, bitter-sweet, fruity, malty and with some pine. Nice one. Good aromas and good balance, but overall it lacks the last bit for a great DIPA. A good beer nonetheless.

BOTTLE 33CL from Erzengel. Thanks, Gabriel. Look: clear copper with yeast sediment, ivory creamy head. Aroma: moderate hops, very light citrus, fruity, mango and a little yeasty and quite catty!, not piney at all, some sweetness and fruitiness from the malt. Plus, something sulfury and lageresque. Taste: quite sweet and fruity with light acid note - mango, peach, light bitterness with phenolic note, very light alcohol.
