Bottle 500ml.

Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, sweet malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111105]

Bottle looks simple, like a cheap beer. Beer in the glass zippy, small head. Starts dry and quite metallically. More and more soapy-dry. Unbalanced finish, not very drinkable. Not good.

Bottle. A clear, golden beer with a minimal sized white head. Pale malts, fruityness and some piney hoppyness on the nose. The flavor is rather bitter, some fruits and grains as well. A bit weak. Medium body, dry and nicely carbonated. Overall, a rather boring one, saved by the bitterness. Quenching though. 111105

Bottle@Ulfborg tasting.Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of grassy hops, malt and fruitiness.Flavor is sweet and malty with some fruitiness.Medium body, lively carbonation.

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear yellow with small white head. Aroma is malt, straw and hops. Flavour is malt, straw, sweet and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Ulfborg, Early Winter Tasting, 2011. Pours clear golden with a small creamy egg white head. Nose is grain and hay. A bit of vegetables. Raw and unrefined. A bit of paper. Ends dry and bitter.

Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, light malty and cardboard. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 051111

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt and hops. Nice and sweet.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond medium-sized foamy head. Strawy malty aroma with herbal and grassy hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Strawy malty and slightly chalky taste with notes of herbal hops; moderately dry but still malt-accented finish with herbal hops and a metallic tail. 05.IX.11

It’s golden with a creamy, white head, and the aroma is mild with notes of malt and light straw. The flavour is light to moderately sweet with notes of malt, fruit, straw, and the finish is slightly dry.
