2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Green bottle in the ANZ lounge in Sydney.
Yellow pour with a rich white head. Grassy flavor, relatively dry, relatively clean, immeasurably better than the Steinlager Pure that I had before it. Still, it remains a boring fizzy pale lager.

smells like a bars wastage bucket left overnight. premium doesnt describe the beer, just the cost.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Green 330ml bottle into a pilsner glass at the Swiss Inn restaurant in Cairns (recommended). Appears clear golden with a small white head. Nose of sweet grainy malts with a light hop presence. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. The imported Hersbrucker hops give this beer an added bitterness that raises it above most mainstream Aussie premium lagers (which frankly isn’t saying much). The malt base is still too sweet though.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
330ml bottle. Golden amber colour with a thinly veiled lace collar and bubbles that cling to the side of the glass. Good carbonation and aromas of malt and hops. Good body with a medium bitterness and a slightly sweet punch to it. Quite drinkable and light and airy in the mouth.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled 33cl. Bought in Rietschi Getränke, Arlesheim. It pours a pale golden beer with a average sized creamy white head. The aroma is rather interesting - surprisingly fruity. Corn, arabic gum, strawberries, apricot and elderflower showing up. Very refreshing taste. Low bitterness. Good hop profile. Sweetish. Beautiful lacework. Medium bodied. Fruity finish. I wasn’t expecting such a good beer. Very pleasant.
