2.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20 floydian1 (546) - FNQ, - MAR 16, 2011
735ml trendy brown bottle with a twist top. Pours clear straw yellow with a loose white head of short duration. Aromas of wheat and faint oranges and lemons. Taste reminded more of a very weak krystallweizen rather than a Belgian-style Witbier (contrary to what is stated on the label) with definite banana esters somewhere in there plus the faint citrus fruits. Light bodied with a watery texture and spritely carbonation. Low bitterness with a rather feminine character. Some "chemical" elements which probably reflect the low carb nature of this beer. The label encourages us to add a slice of orange to the beer - an ominous sign of what lies within.

Bottle. Not a bad beer, Refreshing with a hint of orange. Good on a hot day. It’s not world class, but still good.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 imaragingbull (349) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JAN 25, 2012
Bottle. Pours hazy light straw with small head, good lacing. Aroma of citrus lemon, perfume, floral, light malt, grain, bubble gum, light yeast, soap, spicy wheat cloves and coriander. Light body, lively carbonation, grainy grassy orange peel flavours about a typical wit profile finishes lightly sweet, but crisp and dry.

Bottle - Pale golden with a fine white head. Some citrus, but it comes across in such a way that it makes me think of cheap cola. Very thin not much taste, neither sweet nor dry

2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 Davros (1024) - Melbourne, AUSTRALIA - AUG 7, 2011
Pours pale gold with a large, quickly fading head.
Nose shows massive banana notes, as in artificial banana sweets, with orange peel and ginger underneath. There’s also a hint of cooked vegetables and lemon. The citrus and ginger is a bit over the top.
Same story with the flavours, lots of ginger, artificial lemon and banana. Very little malt noticeable.
Could use lots more carbonation.
Very sweet stuff, seems to be one step away from a mixed drink. Seems to have a lemonade base rather than wheat beer...

strange tasting beer. Not sure what the overall flavour was meant to be but it is very fruity tasting with not much of a bite to it. Definitely wont try again

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 mkel07 (1816) - Brisbane, AUSTRALIA - APR 1, 2011
330ml bottle. Pale light straw in colour which is to be expected. Rocky snow white ehad . Carries aromas of cloves and ripe bananas with soem orange also in the mix. Light airy flavour but not unpleasant. Smooth enough on the palate and quite easy to drink. Good to see the big boys trying something different.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 Stew41 (1460) - Woodend, AUSTRALIA - APR 1, 2011
330ml bottle. Very dumb and simple but has a certai charm. Very light and ginger beer like with sweet spice but there’s a definite lemonade character that’s hard to not be critical of. Hey, not the worst beer I’ve had.
