Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, malt extract, light cardboard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average duration, cardboard. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100908]

bottle, bought at the brewery. Clear pale yellow colour, mid-sized white head. Hoppy nose. Light-bodied. Malty background with shy but good hoppy flavours. Very smooth and pleasant carbonation. A mild Pilsener from a traditional small brewery in a village not far from Munich.
