3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap at the Cardinal’s Hat, Worcester. Gold beer with nice froth in a lovely swirled glass. Not too sure about this one.... there was some dry German graininess, mixed with a swish of sweetness, but I found it a bit difficult to swallow. A bit cloying and perhaps too heavy.

Keg at Cardinal’s Hat, Worcester. Gold, lasting thick white head. Now that is quite good. It’s got good flavours, good character. This I thought was the best of the bunch in the pub. Best character and a bit more depth of flavour.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Keg, pasteurised at The Cardinals Hat, Worcester. Pale straw with white head. Tasting a little like an Ale, this is sharp and lemony, quite palate cleansing and completely dry throughout. Interesting beer.
