Bottled (Batch 63, thanks kenb!). Hazy nut brown colour with big foamy off-white head, leaves much lace. Aroma is lots of hops, caramel, some alcohol, yeast and fruits. Flavour is fruits, hops, slight alcohol and spices. A very nice beer, as nothing hits you as if it attacks you, but comes very smoothly creeping. Complex and smooth, both in aroma and flavour. Totally kickass!

Bottled (batch #63)
Hazy ruby red color, thick and steady brown head, lace. Hoppy nose with rye and brandy notes. Liquerish mouthfeel, very hoppy like double-IPA, but sweetness cuts the most of aggressive bitterness. Long toffeish sweet and bitter aftertaste. The beer to enjoy slowly in the front of fire place. Balanced and tasty.

Very thick and impressive pour, with a fairly massive head filled with small bubbles. Reddish-brown. It simply smells alive. Citrus and woodsy aroma. Very bitter thanks to the alcohol burn, with strong notes of lemon peel and perhaps tropical fruit. Highly unusual structure, which attacks you first with bitterness, then sharp sweetness, then a bit of spiciness. Very complex, smooth and intriguing.

Deep amber orange beautiful body, huge creamy off white head; Huge very US-like nose. 10 different hops doesn’t necessarily bring complexity and depth and in this beer all it brings is unclearity, there are so many different hop aromas that it is impossible to describe, ripe orange juice and peel is very apparent; Huuuge soft big bubbled carbonation, soft textured full body, sweet and bitter; Long finish that starts soft and sweet and quickly becomes very bitter and a little dry still sweet though, lots of hop aromas. I would love to taste this beer made with 2 hops from 1 country!

Batch 65: Unclear amber/orange with large lasting white creamy head. Aroma of hops/citrus/yeast & flowers. Spicy taste with warmth from alcohol. Incredible lacings. Filling soft body. Easy sweetness from malts that balances fine with the high bitterness. Lasting strong bitter finish! YESSIR! ps. Thanks to he knows who!

Wow - I really dig the aroma of this one. Complex hoppiness with lots of citrus crest, flowers and something, that reminds me of certain rums - not quite sure what - could sit with this in the glass for hours, but the show must move on. Most of the scents are repeated in the flavour with a very nice kick of bitterness and a lovely full body - yummy. Nice notes of brown sugar, vanilla (?) and caramel. Lingers in the mouth for ages. Absolutely stunning beer. Oh yeah - nice white lasting head, but tons of sediment, which drags the appearance quite a bit downwards. But hey - I’ll just close my eyes.

Clear amber with slight cobber notes and good pale yellow head. Hops, spice, cane sugar, grass and herbal. Alot of taste of hops and sweetness but still very balanced. Beautiful!
