bottle. pours a clearish gold with a thick eggshell colored head, that lasts forever, and leaves thick lacing throughout. smells of rye bread, caramel malts, and fruits such as peaches and white grapes. honey malt flavor, with some spice, more rye bread, and raisins, with a huge citrus hop kick at the end. light bittersweet finish, with a thick and chewey mouthfeel, medium to full body, lots of carbonation. very interesting and unique ale, though maybe something i would prefer to drink sparingly.

Thanks to Santa for this one. Pours out a very attractive golden hue of brown with a small white lacing head. Aroma is of some sweet fruits and caramel. Taste is complex, nice dried fruit taste with some caramel and a good amount of bitterness for balance, alcohol only becomes slightly apparent on the finish. Well done!

Pours caramel brown with a sustained white head. Smells of bananas, vanilla, fresh strawberries, lots of spicy awesomeness. Tastes of dry malt, lots of caramel, some nice spiciness, citrussy hints, piney touches, touches of sweet malt on the finish. The Alcohol is not perceivable on this. This is a great beer!

deep murky gold pour with a huge cream head. fruits, hops and bitter sweet malts on the nose. thickness is great and the malts are very present with a fruity, caramely, taste that finishes with a slight hop bitterness. I could definitely see some age on this being awesome.

Brought to my place by 1_2many during our home brew session. Obviously a great beer for brewing inspiration. Pours a dark golden haze with a myriad of different hues when held to the light. Has a big intense, long lasting, white frothy head. Has a wonderful aroma of floral, fruity hops. When tasted, I immediately knew it had to have many different varieties of hops, which I now see is 10 different types. You can definitely taste the complexity of the competing flavors of all the different hops. A very enjoyable beer and I can’t wait to re-rate it after drinking the currently aging bottle in my cellar!
