COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Jim 2008 is a blend made with Hair of the Dogs Adam from the Wood, aged four months in wet Elija Craig bourbon barrels; Fred from the Wood, aged in new American Oak; Blue Dot for hop nose; and Doggie Claws to nicely round it out. Named for beer legend Jim Kennedy, the blend also received a dose of 2003 Samichlaus and 2007 Chimay Grand Reserve.
